Row 2: With right side facing, attach B (Outback Mohair) to hook with slip stitch. Insert hook through stitch at marker, where the fringe joins the scarf body. Yarn over, complete a slip stitch to attach to previous row. Ch 16 to start the fringe. Sl st into second ch from hook and each ch thereafter. This is the second strand of

fringe. Move marker from first row to the spot where you just completed the fringe. Continue the row by working I sc into each of the 100 nonfringe stitches from first row. When you get to the end of that part, where the other marker is, ch 16. St st into second ch from hook and the next 14 ch to make 15 fringe stitches.
